Challenge
SITA needed to replace its Oracle ERP across 400 legal entities in more than 200 countries, alongside a complex CRM and multi-ERP integration landscape spanning Salesforce, Oracle and NetSuite. There was no programme, no governance and no procurement strategy.
What I did
- Directed end-to-end vendor selection across Oracle Fusion and SAP S/4HANA.
- Designed and simplified the CRM and multi-ERP integration landscape using iPaaS and channel adaptors.
- Designed the future-state finance and people operating model, agreed directly with the Chief People Officer and CFO.
- Authored the complete governance set: programme vision, roadmap, procurement strategy, data migration strategy and people change approach.
