Independent Programme Assurance
Independent assurance for ERP and transformation programmes
An evidence-based view of where your programme really is, for sponsors and boards who want to know before the status report tells them.
What I review
- Estimate basis: a competitive tender, a comparable implementation, or a bottom-up plan? Two that agree is a plan.
- Scope control: is fit-to-standard holding, and are customisations passing a test?
- Data: does every data set have a business owner who will sign it off?
- Integration: where are failures clustering, and is there a platform?
- Cutover: timed, reconciled mock cutovers and go/no-go criteria
- Benefits: does every benefit have a named leader whose objective is to deliver it?
What you get
A short, plain-English report for the sponsor, with the evidence behind each finding and the two or three actions that most reduce risk. No jargon, no 80-page appendix.

Frequently asked
When should we commission an assurance review?
Before contract signature, before design sign-off, before the first mock cutover, and before go-live are the four moments that change outcomes most.
How long does a health check take?
Typically two to three weeks, depending on programme size and access to people and documents.
