Barra Point Advisory ("I", "me") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

What I collect and why

• Contact and waitlist forms: your name, email address, organisation and message. I use these only to respond to your enquiry or to tell you when a product you registered interest in is available. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to you) or consent (waitlist).
• Purchases: if you buy a toolkit product, payment is handled by a third-party checkout provider, which acts as the seller of record. I receive your name, email address and order details to deliver the product and support you.
• Website analytics: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data to track you across sites.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms to my email. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. I do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact unless we work together, in which case records are kept as required for tax and contractual purposes. Waitlist entries are deleted once the product launches or on request.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
